This page provides access to a fun analyst challenge. Break the 'encryption'. Yes, you can brute-force it or let AI do all the work - but where is the fun in that?
The methodology was something I cooked up as a kid and was used to write (yes, on paper - we didn't all have petaflops of computing power at hand in the day) secret
letters and messages to my slew of imaginary friends. But the computer can do it a lot faster (and even a bit better).
The page will accept a file that contains printable text, and will encrypt it. The resulting file contains the Key Material needed to decrypt it.
Feel free to play around with both encryption and decryption functionality. I will buy a B33R (or similar) to whomever breaks the code. Hacking
the server will gain you my respect, but not a beer... Will accept bribes for tips :-D
